Refunds & cancellations.
Fair to both sides, written down before you pay us anything.

1. Scope
This policy applies to fees paid to DAHMION TECHNOLOGIES for marketing, content and strategy services. Where your signed Agreement says something different, the Agreement applies.
2. Free consultations
Our first strategy call and any first-look review are free. Nothing is owed unless you sign an Agreement.
3. Monthly retainers
- You can cancel a retainer at any time with 30 days’ written notice by email. There is no lock-in.
- Fees for the current month and the notice period are payable for the work done in that time.
- If you have paid for a month in advance and cancel before any work for that month has begun, we refund that month in full.
4. Launch sprints and projects
- Cancelled before work begins: full refund of the advance, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example stock media or shoot bookings).
- Cancelled after work begins: you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated pro rata against the agreed milestones; any balance of the advance is refunded.
- Delivered and approved milestones are non-refundable.
5. If we don’t deliver
If we fail to deliver what the Agreement promised, tell us in writing. We will first fix it at no extra cost. If we cannot, we refund the fees for the undelivered part.
6. Advertising budgets and third-party costs
Media spend paid to ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn and others), influencer and creator fees, and other third-party costs are paid to those parties and are governed by their own refund rules. Any unspent media budget held by us on your behalf is returned within 14 days of the engagement ending.
7. Shoots and events
Shoot days, studio bookings and creator appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice may be charged at the cost we are charged.
8. How to request a refund
Email hello@dahmion.com with your invoice number and reason. We confirm within 3 working days and, once approved, process refunds within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. International refunds may take longer due to bank processing.
